WHAT A MODIFIED CONTAINER CAN BE

The same steel shell is finished out for very different jobs. Configurations currently built include offices, office and storage combinations, climate-controlled storage, roll-up-door storage, cabins, bunkhouses, scale houses and bathroom-equipped offices.

What separates them is the package inside: how much of the length is finished, what the electrical panel supports, whether the unit is insulated and heated, and whether it is plumbed. Every specification below is transcribed from the individual product page for that exact model — nothing is carried across from a similar unit.

WHAT TO SETTLE FIRST

SIZE

A 20ft Standard gives 160 square feet; both 40ft options give 320. The 40ft High Cube adds twelve inches of exterior height, which is the usual reason to choose it as a base.

CONDITION

New / 1-Trip carries a 10-year structural and 10-year no-leak warranty. Cargo Worthy and Wind & Water Tight each carry 5-year structural and 5-year no-leak warranties. Warranty terms shown apply to containers fulfilled by Container One.

READ GRADES

ACCESS

Delivery needs 110 feet of straight space for a 20ft container and 130 feet for a 40ft, measured from the placement point. The driver cannot turn within that space.
